2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

An order is confirmed only after receipt of full payment and an order confirmation email.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Badi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return unworn items in their original packaging. Swimwear must have hygiene labels intact. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Badi and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Badi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
